Payment
All credit and debit card payments are independently processed by Google Checkout and Nochex on their secure servers. At no point in the payment process does Eskimimi.com have access to customers’ payment data. Prices displayed are in £GBP (pound sterling). Please refer to www.xe.com for up to date information on current exchange rates.
Shipping
Shipping on most items takes 1-3 days and delivery times will vary depending on location for overseas orders. All overseas orders are sent via airmail and as an approximate guide we estimate 1-3 days for orders withing the UK, 4-7 days for European orders and 5-10 days for the rest of the world. Certain items, due to their hand-made nature, are made-to-order, or have an element of personalisation to them. These orders may have a longer estimated dispatch time, and this will be noted on the product page.
If you require an item for a certain date (as a gift, for example), please use the Contact Us form to inform us of this and we will do everything possible to accomodate your wishes.

Returns
In the very unlikely event that an item reaches you faulty or damaged, please use the Contact Us form to arrange for a return and replacement of the item. Please note that custom-made and personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged.
